While every home is unique, our approach stays consistent. Here’s how we guide you from vision to move-in day.

Initial Planning & Site Selection

Together, we explore your goals, review your lot or help you find one, and begin shaping the foundation for your dream home. Our in-house design team creates your custom floor plan from scratch—no pre-made plans required.

Design & Development

We begin building your personalized floor plan in-house, refine every detail, and finalize pricing so everything is clearly outlined before moving forward.

Contract & Selections

Once plans are finalized, contracts are signed and you’ll begin working closely with our team and your interior designer. During this phase, you’ll receive 3D renderings of your exterior, kitchen, and main living areas so you can see your home come to life before construction even begins.

Pre-Construction Coordination

Meet your dedicated Starr Homes team, review site positioning, and confirm every detail before we break ground.

Construction & Walkthroughs

Throughout the build, your project manager and project coordinator will keep you informed, answer questions, and schedule walkthroughs at key milestones.

Final Walk & Turnover

Walk through your completed home and receive the keys to your brand-new space.
