The Cooper is the floor plan of the Month! 

The Cooper is our new model in Loch Lloyd that was featured on the 2021 Fall Parade of Homes. It was awarded Gold in Pick of the Parade and Second Place for Distinctive Plan and Design! The Cooper is a modern farmhouse with clean lines and neutral color palettes. It is a blend of old and new, traditional and modern.

It is a reverse 1.5 story floor plan with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The main level features a large master suite, stunning curved staircase, guest bedroom, and open floor plan.
