Featuring our Floor Plan of the Month: The Aspen Ridge Reverse 

Starr Homes brings the Kansas City metro area a spacious floor plan with a Colorado feel in The Aspen Ridge Reverse. The exterior features warm, earthy colors and natural, textured building materials. The great room features hand-carved wooden beams, a double-exposed, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, stone pillars and expansive windows. The gourmet kitchen features a large center island, a prep area to hide everyday appliances and a walk-in pantry. 

The main level also features a wine bar, mudroom with bench and cubbies, a large home office, and the master suite with a walk-in closet with access to the laundry room. The Aspen Ridge Reverse floor plan pictured below rated a low 56 on the HERS index.
