While we have built homes with several different style influences- like the French Chateau- Style "Le Reve" or the Coastal "Lakeshore", Starr Homes also enjoys building beautiful modern masterpieces. 1. The Artisan Tour Home of 2020

This is the most recent modern Starr home to join the collection. This home features nearly 14,000 square feet of finished living. The Artisan Tour Home made its debut in August 2020 to benefit JDRF for the Artisan Home Tour. 2. The Malibu- 2016

The Malibu floor plan is a modern fan favorite. The Malibu is situated over a beautiful lake and the layout fully takes advantage of the amazing view. The Malibu floor plan has an impressive floating staircase, large lanai and open deck overlooking the lake, and effortless transitions from indoor to outdoor living. 3. The Fenway- 2018

The Fenway is the Artisan Home for the 2018 Artisan Home Tour. It has also appeared on the Parade of Homes as well. The Fenway is a 7,000 square foot home with an amazing entertainment center in the lower level. This home, like the Malibu, also backs up to a scenic lake. The Fenway has incredible modern features- including walnut grain-match kitchen cabinets, large trim less windows, and a floating staircase with glass railing. 4. The Lauren Park- 2017

The Lauren Park was featured on the Fall Parade of Homes in 2017. Parade attendants loved the clean lines and modern selections in this home. The open and sun-filled layout features warm wood accents, sleek tile and cabinetry, and an inviting front entry. The scenic views and comfort of this home are hard to beat!
