Two new model homes were entered into the 2020 Spring Parade of Homes contest for Distinctive Plan and Design, a contest judging the quality and layout of the home construction. One of the Starr model homes in Loch Lloyd won first place for its energy efficient coastal design. The Sanibel floor plan is a 4 bed, 6 bath home with an in-home bar, media center, and open floor plan on the main level. 

Another Starr model placed second in the Distinctive Plan and Design category. It is a maintenance- provided villa located in the Village of Leawood.
