After nine consecutive years of Parade entry awards, Starr Homes has earned the Gold Award for Pick of the Parade and first place for Distinctive Plan and Design in the  2019 Greater Kansas City Fall Parade of Homes. The winning model is our La Bella floor plan at 11707 W 163rd Court in Enclave Mills Farm in Overland Park.
