The Addison II Floor Plan

A few things to take note of in this house are:

• Custom walk-in wine cellar on the lower level
• The amazing light fixtures throughout the house
• This home was designed to appear as a two-story plan from the front with false dormers
• Notice how the tile in the lower level is made to look like the hardwood floors in the rest of the house
